Price: consumer report A$29 one-off; buyer's-agent tier A$149/month. AUD, GST incl. Planned launch pricing.
Refund: No change-of-mind refunds. ACL guarantees apply. Turnaround is confirmed in writing before you pay. If we miss it, full refund, no arguments. Verified factual errors are corrected within five business days and reissued to every recipient of that report.
No verdicts: reports list risk factors with citations. They are not ratings, recommendations, or legal advice. Absence of findings is not a clean bill of health.
Defamation care: allegations and complaints are separated from findings. Report headings group cited risk factors by record type only; nothing labels a builder.
Acceptable use: order reports only for builders relevant to a genuine transaction or professional engagement. Don't republish report content as marketing.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
